I’m very new to lifting and it’s kind of nerve racking but thanks to Lauren I finally feel comfortable and confident to try! It can be intimidating to try to learn new things by yourself and that’s why I finally just had to reach out for help, so I can take control of my life! Lauren has allowed me to make such incredible progress and I honestly don’t even recognize myself from the girl who started to the girl I am now. It certainly hasn’t been a linear process, but Lauren has been there every step of the way to help me stay on track. I am finally in the best shape of my life thanks to her.
